Hey firegoof, what kind of setup are you using? The bigdog lures or the Sledgehammer Flake Shad should get you some Gar.
The big dog lure is a great one to have, especially for Bass fishing. That comes in the big lure pack. But you can use some of the base games lures too, the 48 bubblegum lure by missile baits will hook you some gar too. Or you can also try using the Baby D Stroyer lures. Either of those will work too.
