Hello, I am having issues playing this scenario as it keeps coming up with failed station stop warnings. I have no idea what is wrong as no notes came up other than the signal stop at the start. The manual does not mention anything about the scenario. Has anyone completed it and know what to do? Thank you. I may be autistic but I am not a IT tech, Rain Man has a lot to answer for.
Seems to be London to Brighton, and Class 377 - so old (I'm assuming it's that because it's the only one that I could find? ) (and one that comes with the route). I'm guessing it's a case of "being late" hence the messages?
Indeed. I'll have a go. You must press TAB here and will get a yellow to continue to Purley... this is not obvious, if you wait here for clearance you will not make it to the following stops in time. (Note I'm using AP Signal EP)
If it is a standard scenario, stops only count (succeed) if you are in the time window of the stop. Keep peeking at the ETA. It tells you the exact second you stopped, before that it predicts when it will happen. (Merely being ahead doesn't matter, some scenarios require you to travel at 180% track speed, München-Garmisch among the worst.) Some objectives are just a little strict but there are really impossible ones. Try and let it go, concentrate on your own judgment that you did it. You can also edit the scenario to amend or even remove the timetable.
triznya.andras ETAs are fair and achievable in this one, it's a realistic tight commuter timetable, but no issue so far except for the Purley red which needs tabbing. ... continuing the "Walkthrough" calling at Gatwick Scenario complete. I think your issue was the signal at Purley. Press tab as soon as you see it. Hope that helps!
