Hi everyone. I have been following the last of us for a really long time since it is a playstation classic and finally got released on pc earlier today. So far, I've read the port went extremely terrible. Long shader times, really hot gpus, poorly optimized, etc. For those who have bought it if there is anyone, what has your experience been like? I probably am going to wait until a few patches come out, but wanted to know what people thought of it.
If I was going to play The Last Of Us I'd probably go for TLOU Remastered on PS4... Some graphical upgrades over the PS3 version (obviously not the same as the new version) but running at 60fps, like the Uncharted collection.
I didn't assume you did, although if the PC port is never fixed I would recommend getting a cheap PS4 and TLOU remastered. The PS3 version still looks nice and running it with upgraded textures and at 60fps is probably better than suffering through the PC port, even if it doesn't look as nice and you need to use a controller.
