If you spawn in on foot on London Commuter and take over an electrostar operated service before its start time, then when the service starts and the train configures, for some reason it decides to open the rear yellow gangway door. When it does this, it locks in this position and is not able to be closed. No matter what, the door is stuck in the open position which is quite unrealistic and very annoying.
