and my suggestion if this is even possible separate settings for in-cab effects and world effects the way the shadows are calculated kills the frame rate the "compromise" is going low settings with a flat in-cab experience BR o7
Also as per my post last night, if you set shadows to low the draw in distance is around 100 feet in front of your train which looks stupid as you can see the shadow suddenly shrouding where previously there was daylight on the ground and track.
