Steam Leipzig-dresden W/ Br 145 Expert Ez 47308 Part 2 Brakes Not Releasing

This service requires a brake test at the start. I found that beyond the first 2 at the front, all tank wagons wouldn't release their brakes; but all other wagons between them did. I've repeated the steps for the release check and it still didn't work.
