Train Sim World 3 Lgv Evening Engineering Scenario Bugged?

Holding the train brake in apply never gets it below 3.3 bar. Emergency brake will, but that doesn't trigger the objective. So I cannot complete the scenario.

 

Apply brakes and release again. Try it a couple of times and it should be good. That's what I did

 

Tried it. Also tried emergency brake to get to 3 bar and then to apply. No matter what I tried, didn't work for me. I certainly hope I can count this as "not working as intended"... (thus, a bug)
