From my experience, the route would be much too long. It is 226,8 km (140,9 miles) long from Avignon TGV to Lyon Part-Dieu. And the route from Avignon TGV to Marseille St. Charles would add 93,3 km (58 miles) to the route. But if you insist, you can explain the route better with services, pictures and a cab ride video.
