It's not breaking news that there are licensing difficulties with the SNCF, which is currently standing in the way of new French content. But there's nothing wrong with a retread of the existing content (talking about the LGV Méditerrannée, I think the TGV is quite well done), or am I missing something? I mean, this DLC is currently the only representation of France in the game, and it's not just my opinion that (while we also have to take into consideration that it follows TSW 2 standards) it's pretty shabby... What's more, it's one of the best-selling DLCs despite its hugely disappointing quality, and needs an upgrade much more than other routes that have already gone through one in the past. Take a look at this cab ride between 2:22:00 and 2:50:00 (the section that corresponds to the route section shown in the game). You are welcome to share your opinion, but I think that the recognition value is really only given as far as the “blockout” is concerned. It doesn’t have that mediterranean vibe and just feels completely different than in real life. Or what does your opinion look like?
I'd love an upgrade of this route, frankly, I'd love for DTG to add the 2n2, or a third party to simply repurpose the cabin into a 2n2, why? Because it would bring so much more usage to the TGV if there's no possibility of making more french routes.
