I got LGV Mediterranean whilst on Holiday, I hit buy for free & added it in my PS app, got the email confirmation with a view to installing it when I got back (3rd June) but now I can't find it anywhere? If I search for it on the PS app again it's full price??
Yeah I know but I thought if I added/purchased it FOC then I would be able to download it after, is that not how it works? I'm not too bothered if not
My bad I misunderstood. Yeah so you added the DLC onto your library through the app with the email confirmation but it doesn’t show up. Like you said if you add something to your library you should be able to download it later, have you tried to contact Sony ?

Exactly the same. Got my PS store confirmation email. Even shows as owned on the in game "Owned Content" screen. I have raised a ticket. Also got the PC version via the steam app. That's worked as expected.
I have the same issue and also raised a support ticket with my details on the purchase. I received all confirmation of purchase at the time, and thankfully told it to install on my PS5 at the time. I have not yet confirmed if it works in the game, but it does show as installed in the ‘manage game content’ option area. However, the store is showing full price, not the normal and what I would have expected ‘purchased’. I would also presume, and how I interpreted by how it was stated it would be ‘owned’ and available to add anytime in the future should you need to reinstall everything etc. as long as you added during the promotional period? Just posting in case performing the transaction via the IOS app may be a common denominator?
I've claimed and downloaded it but in the DLC list via the gamecard on PS5 dashboard it still shows as £24.99 not Purchased like all my other owned DLC. Seems like DTG can are somehow able to eff up a free giveaway promotion....
Sorted, at least on PS5 Highlight the game on the home screen, press options, manage game content. Download from there.
So, I can also confirm that it is available in my TSW3 PS5 install to use. I also verified I can install it seemingly anytime via the options/manage game content as I and others have stated. What I can’t do however is find ANY way to add or install from my PS4 as it does not have the similar manage game content feature. Like the PS5, all the normal options via add-ons area or using the store itself does NOT show purchased or owned and only option is to purchase at full list price. I have also raised a support case with Sony on the issue. The rep there also found it strange based on the confirmation details of the purchase and received receipt why it was not showing purchased while being clearly owned. They are looking into it and also figured I wouldn’t be the only case… but suggested I also work with the developer because it may in fact be them that will have to correct somehow in the end if they can’t. I have performed the ‘restore licenses’ on function on both PS4 and PS5 consoles just in case that may correct as I have had some success with in the past with missing or non-showing content… but this did not fix this issue this time.
Sorry for the late response and follow-up! Sony really never got back to after opening the case, but this may also have been a result of Dovetail support providing the necessary assistance from the ticket I opened here on the same issue around the same time and having it resolved a short time after. Using the receipts and proof of ‘purchase’ during the window of the promotion and Dovetail support I was able to confirm the DLC to show as formerly purchased within the PS store. I would open a support ticket and have your hopefully emailed or proof of ownership from that period handy and they may be able to still help in the same way. They were fantastic and very prompt to resolve based on my situation and information I could provide to validate things. 10/10 in my opinion to Chris and team!
