Today I come here to propose a new route, the "ligne de la plaine d'Alsace" between Strasbourg and Basel. This line is an important fret corridor between Benelux and Switzerland. It's a flat line and the speed of trains can reach 220km/h. There are 25 stations all along the route. The route is electrified in 25000V AC. https://rail21.pagesperso-orange.fr/SG-BAV.pdf For rolling stock : The majority of freight trains are provided by BB-37000 SNCF and HLE 13 SNCB/LINEAS ¨ The regional trains are provided by BB-26000 and Corail coaches between Basel and Strasbourg, AGC Z-27500 between Basel, Mulhouse and Colmar, AGC B-82500/X-76500, BB-25500 and RRR (rame réversible régionale) between Sélestat and Strasbourg and Regiolis B-83500 between Strasbourg and Mulhouse. National trains is made with TGV Réseau 500 series, TGV Dasye 700 series and TGV Euroduplex 4700 series :
