Multiple people reported this very annoying bug. They’re probably working on it but it could last a couple of weeks. Sadly the PS4 just gives up when it’s a little overwhelmed with its old hardware (instead of just dropping the FPS to load everything in)

Jamaica is where the crashes are happening on ps4, not Penn station I had put in a ticket and it was closed.
