Just a random observation, spawning in here on foot always drops me at Bellerose instead. Is this something known and in the works for preservation updates on the route? I only spotted this while going for the collectibles I was missing, so guessing it's been bugged for quite a long time. Ended up getting them by going via Long Island City, but it did explain how I had missed them this long, even after picking every selectable spawn point.
