Steam Lirr M3 Headlights

Does anyone know how to get the headlight glare to work on the LIRR M3s? The headlights themselves work, but they don’t illuminate the trackway. The M7 and M9s work fine.

 

If I'm not mistaken one of the updates/patches caused an issue with the way the headlights look/illuminate, I think I saw it on the mod page for the CabCam the author Spikee1975 ran into an issue with the lights on some trains, I'm unsure of LIRR train DLC
