I've spent some time on this track guide and thought I'd share it.
I've recorded the speed limit and slope at every point of 0.1 miles, in a spreadsheet, then made these nice charts. Spend way too much time on the visual aspect of the charts, using Adobe Illustrator. Also added a track schematic for associated sections. Finally a top down map with speed limits to better reference curves on the track.
The data is a little off in a couple places, but for the most part it's enough. I use these all the time and makes running the LIRR more enjoyable. They are designed for letter size.
Also including a recut of appropriate timetables, done by someone else but forget the source. Just cropped them and combined to better fit on letter size prints.
Enjoy. Can also provide the XLSX with data and/or .AI files of each chart for your own adjustments if requested.
