LIRR: Spawned on foot at Jamaica, took over train 2039. Closed the doors at the departure time and got to the next station and it still said to load passengers at Jamaica. Looked at the trouble codes and this is what I got. The doors were still open on this particular car while in motion. Any ideas on why this happened? Couldn’t complete the service at all.
