Xbox Series X Liverpool-crew (spirit Of Steam) Scenario Planner Spad

hello everyone. I just needed to bring this issue up as it is a big issue for players who are a fan of the scenario planner.
In the images below I have attached the problem. When I created a scenario for spirit of steam i then went in to play it and as you can see before i even got the start the scenario I had already spad
At first I thought this may have had something to do with where the train had spawned but the map in the second image shows that I had not passed a red light.
This problem is happening at every station and the route and has happened with most trains that I have driven.

I have tried other routes and it seems to only be this route that is the problem.
If you need any other information let me know but I think I have put all the basics in
