For those of us who bought all of the old diesel and all of the UK routes we deserve an early diesel service at least from Crewe into Lime Street at least to view the Lime Street Cutting from Edge Hill into the Lime Street Station. The cutting could remain its poor approximation to the vertical cut sandstone.
The trouble is, in order to be era correct, we really need a few BR Green livery diesels in their earlier conditions. Aside from that, great idea.
I would love to see a BR Green Diesels Pack for Peak Forest as that is set in 1963 when diesels were getting more common. A few of the 1950s diesels that could be included in that pack such as the Class 20, 31 & 08 could then layer on the SoS
Maybe the 20, 31 and 08 (tees version) could have a reskin pack and be sold in a new early BR gameplay pack?
the 31 would need to be altered to be accurate. The current TSW Class 31 didn't exist in the 50s & 60s.. They would have been built with either route disks or a headcode box like below - TBH, for a Peak Forest BR Green Diesel pack to be worth it, it would need to include the class 08, class 20 & Class 40 (route disk) being reskinned as well as new variants of the class 31 (like in the above images), class 37 & class 45 with Headcode box(es). You could also throw in a new loco like a class 25 or class 24 whilst your at it or even the Midland Pullman
