Hi all, I'm back with another suggestion. This is about a route for Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Piccadilly. This route would run for roughly 35 miles and would have 15 stops (Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Piccadilly excluded). And would take a player around 45 minutes to complete.

The 15 stations with Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Piccadilly excluded would be the following:

    - Edge Hill
    - Wavertree Technology Park
    - Broad Green
    - Roby
    - Huyton
    - Whiston
    - Rainhill
    - Lea Green
    - St Helens Junction
    - Earlestown
    - Newton-le-Willows
    - Patricroft
    - Eccles (Manchester)
    - Deansgate
    - Manchester Oxford Road

This route would have 3 different types of rolling stock. These would be the following:

    - Class 158 (EMR)
    - Class 802 (TPE)
    - Class 319 (NORTHERN)

The route would contain large amounts of beautiful scenery and absolutely stunning architecture. It'd be nice to be in a Class 802 and bolt down to the bustling metropolis of Manchester. It would also be amazing to depart the wonderfully built Liverpool Lime Street in a Class 319 making frequent stops, carting passengers from A to B.

Overall, I belive this would be amazing for many people and would have a variety of different areas of scenery and amazing architecture such as Liverpool Lime Street. It would also provide the Class 319 a train that a goliath amount of people want to see in TSW2 like myself.

As always, some of the opinions and statements in this suggestion may be false. Therefore I apologise in advance. If anything is false, don't hesitate to tell me.

Good suggestion, this route also is historically significant being the first 'intercity' route in the world, dating back to 1830.

The EMR Class 158 normally goes along the southern route via Warrington Central, and some TPE and Northern services go to Manchester Victoria instead of Manchester Piccadilly. It might be worthwhile including the line down to Warrington Bank Quay too as another place to drive to. The Class 195 and Class 331 CAF 'Civity' multiple units could also feature, along with the new TPE 'Nova 3' coaching stock hauled by the Class 68.

I think it is important to get the 80X series in the game as they are the main intercity trains across the network any could be reused on many future routes.
