There is a bug with both the Livery Designer and Scenario Planner that prevents certain liveries from being used in the Scenario Planner and even Timetable mode. I've already put this in the Tech Reports section, but that was 2 weeks ago, and It did not appear on the last roadmap. Are the devs going to look into this issue?
