Livery Designer Can't Save

I have created a livery on my Windows 10 PC with 27/300 layers. When I try to save, it says the following. "Livery designer content failed to save. Check storage and retry." I checked and the location of my game on my external hard drive has plenty of available room. What could be the problem? Please direct me if this question has already been discussed with a resolution.

 

I have the exact same problem on my Xbox. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it…this game has so many bugs!

 

It's mostly the console part of TSW2 that has issues
PC version usually don't have that many bugs

 

I’ve had this problem before. I deleted some high layer liveries that i could instead get on CC.
