   Hey does any one know how to curve lines, i want to make a really good livery and not sure how to curve lines

   You pretty much can't curve a straight line. You have to take a curved shape and then manipulate the Scale XY and Skew commands to get the curve you want.
   
   Photoshop, it ain't.
