PS5 Livery Designer Liveries Do Not Update To The Creators Club

This is not a new issue and has it been around for a while now but as I finished working on my livery today, I realized no one else was able to see the updated version It's very upsetting when you spend hours at a time creating something for others to see and they can't. This has happened to three of my livery so far on train Sim world 3.

making a livery is no problem but after you publish, and is ready for everyone to downlowd, whether you try to edit by pressing triangle, or re-uploading by pressing start on your livery in the creators club it will not upload the latest version of your livery from the livery designer.

so after pretty much trying everything to update the livery the picture I took inside livery designer, which is the latest update it shows me the updated version in timetables but everyone else who download it or subscribed to the Dragon Ball Z livery will see the empty version of a train, even after uploading to the creators club?

 

This issue really needs to be fixed as I have over 86 hard worked on liveries uploaded. I had to delete a couple of liveries which had over 700+ subs just so I can reupload a updated one which most of them never got the same support it did as the first upload which is frustrating. Currently want to update quite a few liveries and am forced not too due to how many people are subbed to the current upload.

Another issue is when you go to download your livery from Creators Club and the livery does not pop up in the editor. You have to restart the whole game to have access to the livery again

I hope others who have these issues share there experience so these issue can get looked at

 

Yeah, this is pretty frustrating. I recommend maybe having DTG cat do a live stream of her going over three of her uploaded liveries and add a noticeable different designs on each, then re-upload. Everyone in the community would be able to download or check the downloaded liveries if they have them already, and then we can find out if this is happening on certain trains, or perhaps every train? I want to add that I watch every stream, and I am myself can participate for instant reliable feedback.DTG Cat can host a live stream. Where she can run a small quick service, then ask the community to participate in what I mentioned above or she can casually do what she normally does making an awesome livery and maybe take 10 to 15 minutes segment to edit an old livery reuploaded and have whichever community member in the live stream including myself to download and see if they updated. Please dovetail consider this as an option. I share the same love and passion for the game and want literally nothing but the best and I fully dedicate myself to helping in any and every way possible!!


Subwayrailfanner and myself have been mentioning all sorts of liveries problems and have written numerous technical reports combined… We just want to see this fixed so we can continue making awesome liveries for the community to enjoy. Cheers.

 

I've been saying this for months now, imo it shouldnt have come out of the "beta" version

 

+1 for Creator's Club liveries not updating

In January, I updated my 'WMR 323221 RR/Centro' livery from V1 to V1.1 and subsequently V1.11 a couple of days after release and when I've seen videos of it on YouTube or featured in other creators' scenarios, it still shows with the one without the updates on, which really annoys me

DTG JD, can you log this to the team for further analysis on what is causing the issue please

This has been an issue on TSW2 on PS4 for well over a year and likely since day one of Creator's Club.

 

Yeah, I'm aware I have also made a thread about two years ago and have mentioned multiple times to the community managers. Hopefully these issues will be fixed. I would love to see more of the community to participate in helping report these bugs when they are found because you'll be surprise how many people mention the problems, but don't report or support a written thread sadly.

 

So is this only a PlayStation problem?

 

No, I'm on Xbox and this issue has occurred to me with one of my liveries

 

Oh okay that sucks. I would of somehow got an xbox just to get around this issue already. I have so many liveries to update at the moment and I can’t

 

It's a pain as I've tried to update a livery before and it still shows in it's original state

 

I know and I thought there was fix for this today I tried it still the same issue. Kinda running out of patience for the fix
