PlayStation Livery Editor And “off The Rails!” Issues

Since the update for Rush Hour I have been unable to create new scenarios and use the “Off The Rails!” feature. When I try to turn it on the screen slightly freezes and I can only exit by pressing ‘O’ to go back, which cancels it. With livery editor, all my custom skins show as pixelated when I try to use them in gameplay. They show fine in the livery editor itself, but when I use them when driving a train they’re pixelated.

 

Can you create a scenario that is not off the rails, create 1 service, save it, then adjust details after creation by manually switching it on post doing a non off rails setup to begin with?

 

I’ve tried that and it doesn’t work. Rather annoying as I’d like to make some custom scenarios on Brighton Mainline!
