Livery Editor Locomotives Base Colors?

In livery editior
The ice3 starts as black
The 442 starts as white
The ac4400 starts as light blue
Then you build your designs on top of these locomotives.
But are these base colors changable?So you can build your design on other starting colors.

 

DTG Protagonist sorry if this is a waste of your time but can't you change the base colors of the train in livery editor

 

I like all these trains base colors,i don't mind them,they work well,but i figured i ask just to be sure.

 

You can use whatever base colour you like.
