I think it would be a great idea to have it so that when selecting a train/consist in the livery editor or scenario designer that you could get a visual preview of the selected option, similar to when selecting trains within the player profile. You could use just the pictures from the bottom of the player profile, show trains on the track like when a train is selected within the player profile, or perhaps use a reduced/mini 3D train model that can be rotated on screen (especially useful in the livery editior as a sort of preview before entering the actual editor).
