So ive uploaded 3 NS liveries to the creator club, specifically NS 8098, NS 8099, and NS 8100 and those keep getting taken down, yet ive uploaded 5 other liveries, BNSF, CN, and CREX and they've stayed up. So I'm wondering if NS had a problem with copyrights or if someone is just trolling me
In reality, no NS locos are allowed on the CC based on DTG's allowed operators on it. It could be possible to uploaded them by not including keywords that relate to the Norfolk Southern, as other liveries not allowed have stayed up. Its kind of a hit and miss on what stays and what doesnt.
I mean, Amtrak despite being one of the better DTG licenses for TSW, isn't allowed either. Same with CSX and NS. The odd one was New Jersey Transit, who allowed liveries on the CC before they were in TSW.
I sympathise with you. It happens to me on occasion. I found a quick way to reupload it. Click on your 'blocked' item, click 'Edit Content' and click 'upload' without touching anything in the text. Do this every time its blocked until it sticks! Worked for me.
I keep having similar issues. This one in particular is technically 'legal' but someone is clearly having a pop here. Pff fight me I say. lol Also isn't it East Midlands Trains, not EMR?
It's so weird because mine keep getting taken down...especially my pride and joy of my reskins, my ficticious UP 1983 "Zephyr" paint scheme. I worked for DAYS on this and yet it was withdrawn but I was not given any reason as to why.
