PC Lms Jubilee Black Scenario Designer

I can't seem to get this or the crimson to spawn in on created scenarios? Every time I start the scenario the green jubilee from Liverpool to crewe spawns. Restarted the scenario several times and the green jubilee spawns every time.
Am I missing a trick?

 

It should say LMS jubilee on the loco selector. If you click it and then run the scenario it should be crimson

 

Don't matter if I pick crimson or black, scenario always starts with the green jubilee from sos.

 

It seems since the update yesterday the problem has gone.
