The Lms Jubilee seemed not to be picking up speed for some odd reason. All other steams are ok but the jubilee seem to be getting lazy. I went over all the details on operation seem all check out right. Have anyone had any problem on the speed for the lms jubliee for Xbox.i forgot to mention that this is happening in free roam. Even while playing time table.
Have you opened the dampers to at least 25% front and rear? Need to trigger the fireman (if using so called manual mode) by opening the firebox door. Generally on level track the Jubilee is quite overpowered. Also you need to bring the reverser back fairly quickly. There’s a few threads about on getting best performance out of the loco but you should be bringing it back to no more than about 25 or 30% once you get above 30 MPH and some of us have found you can cruise at higher speed on around 15% (somewhat unrealistic).
