I’ve already made an LNER route thread, so it’s probably become obvious by now that I’m hoping for a pre-nationalisation route. This time I’m proposing an LMS-era route between Bristol Temple Meads and Cheltenham Spa. This is now part of the CrossCountry NE-SW Route between Bristol and York. Lots of people like the LMS and their locomotives, so let’s get on to them.

    Fowler “Jinty” 0-6-0T

    Fowler 4F 0-6-0

    Hughes “Crab” 2-6-0

    Stanier Jubilee 4-6-0

    Stanier “Black 5” 4-6-0
    Stanier 8F 2-8-0

Obviously not all of these locomotives would be included, and some could be layers (like maybe the Jubilee, 8F or 4F) or additional DLC (Jinty), and maybe some wouldn’t be included at all. The roster above is more a list of options than list of features. Also, I couldn’t include pictures of the Black 5 or 8F because I reached the photo limit. There’s no cities between Bristol and Cheltenham (EDIT: Actually there’s Gloucester) so it would be a very rural route. This suggestion is purely because I think each of the “Big 4”, should have a representative route. If I’m being honest, an Irish route would also be cool but that’s probably not going to happen because it isn’t the US, UK or Germany.
