Loco Lner A4 Pacific Steam Loco

I don't think I've seen anyone suggest this loco yet which is surprising but I think tsw could benefit from an equally famous and popular train as the A3 Flying Scotsman.

Route: ECML Peterborough - Doncaster or future east coast routes
Services: Subing in for Scotsman services or having it's own timetable
Coaches: Standard Mk 1s

There's also the possibility to included to different variety of the A4, a loco with exposed wheelsets and ones with out.

 

I would put

1. Mallard on Northern Trans Pennines
2. Bittern on maybe the Midland Mainline or somewhere else thatbi can't think of
3. Sir Nigel Greasy on the ECML
4. Union of South Africa on the ECML maybe
5. Dwight D Eisenhower and Dominian of Canada probably not going to be able to run in TSW

 

Yes, it would be great to see the Gresley A4s added too! As cool as Flying Scotsman is, Mallard was the favourite on my model railway when I were a lad.

 

I’m not a fan of steam engines in the game, but you can’t have the ECML without Mallard. I don’t think you can anyway.
