So I was playing a timetable service, and I got too bold, started braking late before red signal (though I was going to make it), and AWS triggered a penalty brake "AWS overspeed, please contact signaller", which I did after stopping, but the announcement kept repeating... so I tried turning the master key off and on, played with reverser, even tried putting panto down and back up, which usually helps with electric locos... tried everything... couldnt get the loco back on

Any advice on how to get rid of that penalty announcement and then get the train running again? Just so I know for the future if I get sth like this... cos I tried everything I know and nothing worked, so eventually I just gave up and restarted the service :/

If you ever get tripped, there is a 1 minute timeout before you can move. When you get adverse signals, you're expected to slow down in advance so you don't get tripped.
