Loaded Is Not The Same As Unloaded ...

The 0747 Teas Yard Marshalling timetable activity includes two instructions for coupling to unloaded steel wagons -- only glitch is that both wagons are loaded. I don't consider this a grievous error, nothing to blow my top over, but it is a disturbing case of carelessness. It really should be fixed, but more importantly such careless mistakes should be avoided in the future.
