Out Now Loco Add-on Bundle 2 - Out Now!

I'm really looking forward to this. Probably the best loco addon bundle there is. New 37 and 375 and unique services. Sd70 in bnsf livery and more freight car variety on the route. Ice liveries look really good.

 

Maybe a little overkill but that's what I think about this Pack.

 

Anyone know anything about the price and whether the three DLC will be bundled? Will it be the same as last time 5.99€/DLC ?

 

Liking UK & US. The german stripes aren't for me.

Does the 37 have new good sounds

 

I have no interest in non-British content so a fiver for the 37 on SEHS is a good deal I say.
SEHS is turning out to be up there with the BR diesel routes with this and the 700 on the way.

Are there any plans for the ROG 37 to layer onto MML or is that a question which can't be answered yet?

Still wonder why it is referred to as a "Loco Pack", when technically it's a set of reskins, not a new loco or MU type.

 

the 37 has a fair amount of reworking done to it and a new interior and livery for the 375

 

How much do we want to bet that the "new" ICE3 still doesn't have a working PIS.

 

Will the white SE 375 layer into BML like the blue version does?

 

Really frustrating the 37 is not getting any sound upgrades. Does it take that long to mix in some AP sounds? I don’t know.

And the German stuff just seems like a complete rip off, £5 for 2 reskins that are probably already done decently on creators club.

 

Are there new services for Cajon Pass?

nice to see the White class 375 at long last and the truck trailers on Cajon pass hope someone mods skins the the truck trailers now for us PC Players

 

Yup, just as I suspected, the BNSF SD70ACe is a letdown. you had time to change lights, and add an E-bell, but no ISO cab. You reused the euro trailers from HSC.

I think I'm about done with US freight content for TSW, this is a pain.....

 

What DTG doing instead is what i considered as a cheeky last minute lazy effort. They changing the road number series from 85XX which have isolated wide cab to the older earliest BNSF SD70ACe rosters of 93XX series. Yes in real life 93XX series have that "Thunder Cab", but i believed those units are banned from being e lead unit (only as DP or trailing unit). What a move, cheeky move. Better if they simulated all the rattling & prime mover noise.

 

To make it even more moot, Only BNSF 9330-9369 are represented by the SD70ACe in this pack (Thundercab, nose headlight). BNSF 9370-9399 are thundercabs, but have the higher headlights of the early UP units. The rest of BNSF's ACe's are ISO cab, nose headlight (8400-9329)

Once again a poorly executed decision on DTG's side. I'm not against this type of DLC/Add-On as long as they take it seriously and do the research properly.

 

Do you need to own SEHS to use the new 37/7 and 375?

 

Might just be the first TSW thing I buy in a while (can’t really spend £30 on packs)- I’m chomping at the bit for that Southeastern livery, not to mention the Europhoenix.

So I’m on ps4 and on version 1.33 on tsw3
How come todays update version 1.34 is 15gb …what the heck ..please can someone explain …I have all routes installed and run fine but I’m not happy that the update is 15gb for unknown reasons

 

Eagerly awaiting MML, nearly bought the west Cornwall steam pack the other day to tide me over, decisions decisions. Will the non UK trains work on uk routes?

 

I like repaint and service packages more and more. They complement the gameplay quite well. I hope there will be more content like this.

 

I wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised, but while I do think the 3rd scenario is coming for the ICEs, I have zero hope for the extra CJP layer. That one is not promised and will be forgotten with time... which is a shame, more traffic and variety for that route would be great (also UP layer...)

 

Is there PS trophies for this pack, like the previous one (F7, dispolok, 66)

JD, I presume the pack will be available to purchase on Steam around 17:00 today….I can’t currently see it on the store.

 

So with no confirmation from PlayStation yet for PS5 users does this mean it's not yet available for us?

 

im on PS 5 and all i can see is the BNSF loco for £5 and no pack

 

The pack is available as are the individual locos on Playstation as I'm currently doing a scenario in the ROG 37/7 (can't find timetabled services that were listed and have put that in technical reports section).

 

ive been into the store all there is is the BNSF loco, ill go check again

 

Is there meant to be no timetabled services for the ROG Class 37?

I noticed this morning on my PS5 that I got updates for CJP and SKW but not SEHS. So this would make sense JD.
