First I dont know how possible this is because I dont know anything about coding let alone how to make a game, so I dont know the difficulty that is off the rails My suggestion is that would it be possible to have sets of locomotives or multiple units that dont have timetables services and can only be used off the rails? There are a few I could think of that would be excellent however I dont see the lines they serve ever coming to Tsw2 I could name a few but everyone would have there own ideas of locomotives and multiple units they want. It's all I think of when I'm thinking of ideas for this game
To put my ideas out there would be 1. The class 15x line of multiple units- 150 153 156 158 159 As my first idea 2. The Voyager/Meridian line of DEMU's -220 221 / 222 I also invite other players to share any lines of locomotives and multiple units they would like to see if they think it's a good idea
On the RuhrSiegNord route there are 4 timetables in timetable mode, where you have to pull 3 DB BR143 and 3 DB DB 185.2 with a locomotive of your choice. This formation would be nice to have in the Scenario Planner.
