All Class 377 services originating from London Victoria crash on my AMD PC (Ryzen 7 CPU 16 GB RAM Radeon RX 5500 M GPU 4 GB VRAM). Is this a problem only for AMD series or is it affecting other users too?
This might be due to the mobile graphics card, such cards are usually weaker than normal ones and 4GB of RAM isn't that much either. Try lower graphics quality and / or resolution. If it no longer crashes, you can increase the graphics step by step and find your personal setting. Also check if your laptop is in energy-saving mode and switch it to performance mode if necessary then try again.
While I agree mobile GPUs are weaker, other routes and even other services in London Commuter from London Victoria (like the Gatwick expresses) are perfectly playable on my system at moderate to high settings. Therefore I wonder why only class 377 services out of Victoria should fail to load.
