Timetable mode. Service 1R04 London Victoria to Reigate @ 06:07 A couple of seconds after you begin the service you get a service failure and vehicle derailed message and that’s the end of that. Have not found this happening on any other time table route as of yet.
Same here, I ran the service but I have found a way around it. If you pick the service “2K02 London Victoria to West Croydon” and load into the map. Hope out of that train and jump into the one in question (Service 1R04 London Victoria to Reigate @ 06:07). i know Im not someone official but I hope it helps
