Xbox London Commuter Service 5b03 05.59am Selhurst Depot

I did this service before from timetable menu. And i only got a bronze. Just did it again by spawning on foot at depot for service and i get a gold. Whats all that about. There in for sure an issue. Hope it gets sorted soon. I really enjoy the game but my god is there multiple issues that just frustrate me
