PC London Commuter:timetable Won't Load If Starting At London Victoria

Problem Occurs when I try to load a timetable, scenario or passenger mode starting At London Victoria. It buffers and then 5 minutes of buffering later the game crashes but when ever I drive to London Victoria the game works fine.
