Videos London Euston, Milton Keynes, And Everything In Between.

I'm making a trainspotting video on the WCML South, featuring all locations on the route.

For this video I'm using the 2024 timetable mod made by Fawx
and like usual the lighting mod made by JetWash

I still have to record at the last 2 locations, and after that I'll have a ton of editing to do, so it probably wont be ready until sometime after the weekend.

For this video I went about it a little different then usual.
Instead of recording for a fixed amount of time at a location, I recorded as long it was needed to get 7 clips that I liked for each location.

Also, for this video I wanted each clip to have at least 2 trains passing the camera at the same time.
As you can imagine, that doesn't always happen so it took a bit of time to get what I wanted.
As an example, at Euston it only took an hour, but at some locations it took 3 hours or more.

I'll update this thread when I have more to share, but for now I do have a 3 minute trailer.

I did a video at that station a while ago actually, which people seemed to like.
Once I'm done with this one, I'll have a look at it for sure.

No guarantees on it becoming a video though.

PS About that moving around part, you have no idea how much I've moved around while using the free cam.

 

Update:

Finished recording, will start editing tomorrow.

I do have a short clip to share, which will be the intro to the video.

 

I do have an idea as I spend days tweaking train departure times in Scenario Planner to get the desired effect. (Adding and subtracting seconds here and there and then replaying said scenario). And I do all of this knowing that the few players that actually give the scenario a go will, no doubt, drive it in a completely different fashion to me.
