While we have an excellent high speed route to Ashford it would be really good to have an extension from there to Dover so we can enjoy the views of the white cliffs and of France(after a long absence in TSW!) the route from Victoria to Maidstone also has plenty of interest from the busy departure out of Victoria along with the route taking in extensive views across south London as well as the central London skyline, busy suburban services stunning views of the Darent valley in Kent and glimpses of the high speed line between Maidstone and Ashford. I think making this route is just common sense really as the other southeastern routes have generally been very popular and this one imo would probably surpass them in scenery variation and scenarios.

DTG have previously stated they regard SEHS as complete and AFAIK southern third rail is still on hiatus.

I have been suggesting routes to Dover via Folkestone ever since I joined this forum in 2021 involving the likes of the 375 in modern-day to the Golden Arrow in the 1930s. If DTG is regarding SEHS as complete, they could technically go around it in the sense of the London Charing Cross to Dover service. However, that is a journey time of 1 hour 51 minutes. Alternatively, there is Ashford International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory which is 1 hour and 4 minutes long.

If DTG consider SEHS complete than why don’t they make other sections of the route. Considering the popularity of SEHS, I’m pretty sure these routes would sell like hot cakes.

Can't see it as it feels too long for DTG to make.
However, I would love to see a route out of that side of Victoria.

I mean Victoria to Dover via Maidstone really isn't a route - the maidstone trains go to Canterbury West or Just Ashford (edit or Ramsgate via Canterbury west), i mean personally i'd go for Victoria to Dover Via Faversham, it would have more direct trains (I mean no bias of course - i did the TS1 version, and that only happened because I did a lot in my own time*)

Equally London Charing Cross to Dover would probably be the better option (although set in NSE Days and Dover Western Docks )

Note - this is just opinion - and i'm biased towards NSE / Southeastern, but i have no say in what actually gets made - I'm just posting out of curiousity :) )
(* = no i'm not doing a TSW version in my own time :P, it takes a lot longer :) )

I just want the white cliffs section, it would be really good in the game what with the run along the sea and the beautiful cliffs, i agree with your suggestions as being good, i just think the cliff run is key.
