One of my favourite journeys is the train journey from England to France and I have always dreamed of driving it. There are 2 routes here - the Eurotunnel and the Eurostar. Dovetail games have managed to pull these off in TS but please please can you recreate them in TSW? I know that also this is a train simulator but I really want lots of opportunities so if it is possible to create these routes, specifically the eurotunnel in the next update or even in the hopefully coming TSW5, could you also add an opportunity to to the marshalling and getting the cars on the train? I really hope you can consider this DTG and I can't wait for the next update or even TSW5!!
It’s a route that’s in tunnels half the time. No thank you. (I know Kassel high speed exists but that came out 2 years ago and was a one-off
2 huge issues with this. 1) The license 2) The route is litterally 80% tunnels for the UK section and the French section (untill Paris) Is just rolling countryside.
As you are familiar with the London-Paris services, you would also be aware that it takes the Eurostar roughly 20 mins to travel under the English Channel. That’s just under a quarter of an hour in one continuous tunnel
I would be more interested in seeing (part of) the classic route from Calais to Paris via Boulogne and Amiens, worked by those lovely chunky French diesels.
