    General Information
    • 27 stations in total
    • Runs from Stratford in East London to Stanmore in North West London
    • 1996 stock are used on this line
    • First Underground line to use Platform Edge Doors (PEDs)
    • ATO operation
    • 22.5 Miles long
    • Deep level and Sub-surface line
    Rolling Stock
    1996 Stock maxresdefault.jpg
Since 1997, The 1996 stock have been used on the Jubilee line.

These trains feature ATO (Automatic Train Operation) if it is able to be implemented into TSW5, players would have the choice to manually operate the train or to simply engage the ATO and only operate the doors at stations.

    Platform Edge Doors (PEDs)

As stated before, the Jubilee line is the only Underground line (Excluding the Elizabeth Line) to feature PEDs. I am unsure whether PEDs are able to be implemented in TSW5 but if not, the PEDs will simply have to be removed from all stations which have them.

Overall, I think it would be a great route to have, a mixture of Sub and Deep level stations, all while driving a nice sounding (and looking) unit! The jubilee line goes through the Docklands, South Bank and the West end, so the stations will get very busy at times.

And that brings us to the end of my suggestion, thank you for reading :)

Love this! Bringing in a new challenge to the game being PEDs would make the run so interesting. The sounds of 96 stock are also amazing. So many opportunities for interesting scenarios and a busy timetable. :)

ATO will not be much fun. Open doors, close doors, push button go. Had a taste of that with the Glasgow Subway in TSC and it's not really a "driving" sim.

I reckon a good alternative would be to set this route before ATO was introduced so that there is still the experience of driving the train and the challenge of stopping by the PEDs.

Could be set when they were using the silver 1972 Stock

Which is exactly why, (if ATO is even possible) there would be the option of manual driving or automatic.

Which would cut out the whole section from Westminster to Stratford. I think if we ever got the Jubilee line in TSW it would have to be post-1999, but it would end up being non-prototypical in some way or another - either without the PEDs, or with PEDs but with some use of ATO to ensure trains stopped at the right place.

I think we need a sub-surface Underground line before we have another deep-level tube line.

The Hammersmith & City would be a good place to start. Not as complex as the Circle, District and Metropolitan Lines.

We've got the ELL in TSC, it's not that interesting to be honest. Would far prefer the modern day version.

Yeah, they would be even better in my opinion. Sub- surface routes may be incredible in the game and I hope that it happens in the near future

This is perfect route to bring ATO and giving you a choice.

The problem with ATO is all I'll be doing is pressing the close and open door buttons as well as the ones to make the train go. If it were set pre 2011 when the signalling was manual, then I'll certainly love the experience.

I agree, I would much rather the route be set at a time without ATO, but when it is still modern and just like it is today.

I like the idea of the uniqueness of ATO but U completely respect that opinion

Very good route. Jubilee shared with Metropolitan line between Baker St & Wembley Pk.
