The line between London Waterloo and Reading is around 43 miles long. It serves places such as Clapham Junction, Richmond, Twickenham, Virginia Water, Ascot and Reading. The branch up to Windsor & Eton Riverside could also be included, which would add 6 1/2 miles onto the route length, leaving the total length for this DLC at 49 1/2 miles long. I voted no as Reading is already in the game. I'd like to see the rest of the GWE get featured like Cardiff - Didcot. It would then get Wales in the game and feature other stations than just the South East no?
Just like you, I also suggested this route with the Hounslow loop line also. Here is my version: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/london-waterloo-to-windsor-plus-hounslow-loop-line.46333/
Yes but in the 4VEP and "Tadpole" (for the Reading to Redhill layer) era. However as noted above we really need something different for the UK. Something Welsh or maybe the North of England or even Midlands.
Given that you have stations around with a history like Crewe, Birmingham, Bristol, Swindon etc It would be great to see them in game. I still like the idea of Cardiff - Didcot though, set in the late seventies or early 80's but then again I like the idea of slip coaches, they could add a lot of fun into TSW2 and would be great for a challenge stream.
