   so I recently purchased the Long Island rail road tsw add on but when I go on to tsw it isn’t on the menu even though it installed

   So it is showing up under "My Games & Apps->Games->Train Sim World->Option button->Manage Game->Installed?
   If so and its not showing up in the Main Menu, have you tried to Uninstall the Addon and to download it again?
