Loosing Half Fps After Sitting In Driver's Seat? Tsw3

Hi all, strange performance problem here.

Game runs fine 60fps + when running on foot, but the moment I sit in driver's seat FPS goes down to 32 FPS ?

TSW2 works fine, only happens in TSW3

Even tried to get the train running and then stand up from chair inside the running train and the FPS goes back up to 60+

it's like by pressing E to use drivers seat the game capping my FPS

 

I haven't noticed any difference in frame rates either sitting in the engineers seat or on foot.

 

I was doing TGV and i noticed the same thing. Standing up i got to the high 60s and 70 but as soon as i sit down it tanks down to 25-30. I thought my rig was the problem but its definitely something else at play.
