While driving the 1972 Tube stock I keep losing power. Once it occured when I stopped short of the marker at London Road Depot and the other time I was descending from London Road into Waterloo. I am assuming that this is my fault. What have I done and how do I recover?

    There's a weird thing you can't do:

Opening the windows on the driver's cab makes you unable to apply power. I don't know if it's a weird bug or some kind of safety feature on the real-life 1972 stock.
Besides that double check both doors as well.
    I hope it works

That'll be it! I always drive with the windows open. I guess I'll have to stop.

This is indeed a safety feature, but there are interlock switches for both windows, with which it is possible to open them. These switches are located on either side near the windows at the back of the cab.

It’s a safety feature on the 1972 Stock. Not a bug. You can override the safety feature so you can open your windows and still apply power.

You can drive with the windows open if you turn off the window interlock switch on the back wall next to the window. The window interlock is just a safety feature on the 1972 stock which stops you from taking power if the window is open but, as I say, it can be disabled.
