Lossless And Lighting Improvements Issue

So I have been trying to get the best mix of Jetwash lighting improvements and Lossless scaling. When I try Ultra god mode save it crashes. In fact with any of the settings High down to low it crashes when lossless is used. Followed the manual and input the settings but still crashes.

GPU is a RTX 3080 with a Ryzen 5800x and 32GB RAM if the info is any use HDR is enabled on the Nvidia settings.

Would anyone have any tips for a set up like mine?

would be nice to have a native DLSS/FSR and DX12 on this damn game...
