At early morning(after dawn) and at late evening(before dusk) the FPS drops like twice(28-32) in "forest" areas(any area with big amount of trees) on any route. Happens only when shadows are casting. Any weather conditions without shadows doesnt provide this. At other day/night time the FPS is fine(55-75). Lowering the shadows quality gives allmost nothing(only disable shadows helps). Lowering foliage quality(quantity) gives some boost. Mostly noticible on SKW route. Specs: Win 10, i5-10400f, 16 RAM, RTX 3060(12GB), SSD, no mods or -dx12.
