Xbox Luzern Sursee Train Horn Not Working In Exterior Camera

It keeps not making any sound in exterior camera after a few tries of it

how to recreate
Select a train service, click exterior camera press horn and you will hear it, go into interior camera press horn and you will hear it, go into exterior camera press horn and you will not hear it

Would like to add this thread to state;

the horn cut out in exterior camera, does not just need you to do anything for it to occur, it happens inevitably at some point during the route
